Tasmanian Giant Crab

Pseudocarcinus gigas

One of the world’s largest crustaceans, Tasmanian Giant Crabs may attain a body mass of up to 12 kg and have frontal claws measuring up to 470 mm, the largest among decapods. Males can grow to about twice the size of females.
