ATMs are located outside the Resorts World Sentosa Casino entrance. Please ask any Resorts World Sentosa Team Member for more information.

Please arrive during your selected time slot. A 15-minute grace period is available, but entry beyond that is subject to crowd conditions.

Once your booking is confirmed, time slots cannot be changed. We recommend selecting your preferred slot carefully during booking to ensure the best experience.

To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, group entry is only permitted if all members share the same time slot. We recommend booking together to enjoy the experience as a group.

If you have a scheduled programme, you may enter the oceanarium at any time on your visit date, regardless of your selected admission time slot. To avoid missing your programme, please arrive at the Meeting Point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Time-entry ticketing is implemented to manage crowd flow effectively and ensure a more comfortable, enjoyable experience for all guests.

Yes. Singapore Resident rates are available for visits up to and including 31 December 2025. From 1 January 2026, a single admission rate applies to all visitors.

A ticket is required only if the child is above 4 years old. 

No, guests are not required to make reservations prior to visiting. Just visit on the date stated on your dated ticket and during our regular operating hours.

Yes, there is a price difference on admission tickets for peak versus non-peak period dates.

In your hotel, you may approach the concierge. At the oceanarium, go to Guest Services, the ticketing kiosks outside, or buy them directly at the counter.

Yes, guests of our Singapore Oceanarium Insider Experience enjoy priority access and entry to Singapore Oceanarium.

Yes, we offer a range of immersive guided tours and special programmes designed to bring the wonders of the ocean to life for guests of all ages. Our experiences span from engaging 45 minute programmes to in depth 3.5 hour tours, facilitated by our educators.

Yes, just two examples are Explorer’s Nook that has a variety of pastries, salads, and savouries for the entire family, and Ocean Restaurant that offers diners a sumptuous sit-down meal with a breathtaking private view of the magnificent Open Ocean.

There are no Halal-certified restaurants in Singapore Oceanarium.

Yes, all our outlets offer vegetarian choices.

No, outside food and drinks are not permitted inside Singapore Oceanarium, except baby food, formulas, and food for guests with special dietary requirements.   

Yes, your Singapore Oceanarium admission is valid for an entire day during operating hours (excluding special events). If you need to leave the oceanarium, please get your hand stamped at the exit. Simply present your stamp and ticket to re-enter on the same day.

No, complimentary parking is not included with your Singapore Oceanarium ticket.

Unfortunately, lockers are not available in Singapore Oceanarium at the moment. The nearest lockers are located outside Universal Studios Singapore and Coach Bay.

Yes, nursing room is available within Singapore Oceanarium.

Yes, wheelchairs can be rented for S$15 at Guest Services on Level 1, and are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. The wheelchairs can only be used within Singapore Oceanarium.

No, smoking is not permitted. Guests who wish to smoke may proceed to the designated smoking areas outside Singapore Oceanarium. We urge guests to be considerate and observe the designated smoking areas.

No, pets and animals are not allowed in Singapore Oceanarium, except for service animals for guests with disabilities. 

Yes, amenities like elevators, ramps, and special toilets are available and thoughtfully located to make Singapore Oceanarium accessible to all.     

If you feel unwell during your visit, you may approach any Resorts World Sentosa Team Member for assistance.

Speak with any Team Member near the location where you may have left it. You can also visit Guest Services to see if it is among other lost-and-found items. Singapore Oceanarium assumes no responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged articles. 

Upon successful registration, you will received the email to inform you that you have successfully registered your account with us.

Click on 'My Profile,' then go to the 'Account Details' section. You can reset your password there. An email will be sent to your registered email address with an OTP. Use this OTP to complete the password reset process.

Yes, you can amend your details by logging in to your account through our App or website at www.singaporeoceanarium.com. You may edit your details under My Profile page.
