How to Access Your Audio Guide
Before launching the audio guide, please have the Audio Guide QR code or media code from your e-ticket ready.
Option 1: From your booking confirmation email
Open the confirmation email you received after purchasing the Audio Guide. Tap the link inside the e-ticket to navigate to the activation page.
Option 2: From ‘My Visit’
Log in to your Singapore Oceanarium account on the website or mobile app. Go to ‘My Visit’ and find the Audio Guide under your upcoming booking. Tap ‘Activate Audio Guide’ to get started.
Option 3: From the Singapore Oceanarium Mobile App
Launch the Singapore Oceanarium Mobile App. On the main screen, look for the "Audio Guide" shortcut icon in the ‘Quick Navigation’ section. Tap it to go to the ‘Audio Guide Activation’ page.
Important Reminders:
- Please bring your own earphones or headphones for the best experience on your personal device. Earphones and headphones will not be provided.
- Your media code number can only be used once and is tied to the device you used to activate the Audio Guide.
- Once activated, you can relaunch the Audio Guide at any time on the same device without entering the code again.
- The Audio Guide is available in English and Mandarin. You can switch languages in the settings.
- You may only activate the Audio Guide on the day of your visit to the Singapore Oceanarium. Once activated, you may continue listening for 60 days.
