• Minimum age requirement: 4 years old and 110cm for Dolphin Immersion or Dolphin Connection Insider Experience. 
• Children aged 4-12 year must always be accompanied in the water by a paying adult participant (above 21 years of age); and  
• Maximum supervisory ratio of 3 children to 1 adult (above 21 years of age). 
• Participants must be in swimming attire and footwear upon arrival at Marine Mammal Habitat. Wetsuits will be provided. Personal wetsuits will not be allowed to be used. 
• Participants are to bring their personal toiletries and towels for showering. 
• Programme is suitable for non-swimmers.  
• I have read and agreed to the Release and Indemnity Form. 
• Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent/legal guardian (above 21 years) present onsite to complete and sign the Release and Indemnity Form.
