Each Signature Glamping Tent has a maximum capacity of 4 participants per tent, with a minimum age requirement of 6 years old and above. 

Buffet-style dining will be provided. Please note that all food is prepared without pork, lard, or peanuts. For any further enquiries, please write in to experiences@singaporeoceanarium.com.

Participants are required to wear covered footwear and keep all loose items secured for access to support areas.

Participants are not allowed to bring in their belongings, such as handphones and wallets, or wear jewellery and other accessories upon entering Marine Mammal Habitat. Small lockers will be provided.

All participants are required to be 6 years old and above.

Participants aged below 21 must always be accompanied by a paying adult aged 21 years old and above, subjected to a maximum ratio of 3 children to 1 adult per Glamping Tent. 

Participants on wheelchairs are welcomed as all public areas at Singapore Oceanarium are wheelchair accessible. However, please note that selected support areas may not be wheelchair friendly due to the presence of stairs; ramps are not available in these specific spaces that were designed for operations.

For the safety of participants, crutches and strollers are not permitted in all support areas.

Each scheduled Programme will only proceed when the minimum number of participants (6 signature tents) has been achieved at least 7 calendar days prior to the Programme date.

If the minimum number of participants (6 signature tents) for the Programme is not met at the time of 7 calendar days prior to the Programme date, the Programme shall be cancelled and a full refund shall be provided. Refunds shall be refunded back to the credit card and will take up to 8 working weeks to process.
